Title:
Court investigator’s report about  pogrom
Description:
Court investigator’s report about a pogrom perpetrated against Jews  at the railroad station in Bialystok  on June 1 and 2,  1906. The pogrom was provoked by rumors  that Jews had made  offensive comments  about a religious procession in town. 29 Jews were beaten up in the station building or dragged from the trains; 6 died. Police and military present at the station  during the pogrom did nothing to stop it.
