Circular letter proclaiming that in light of the revolution and the change of government, with the freedom of each party to organize according to its point of view, and the great excitement among Jews, it is the right time for the traditional Jews who make up the bulk of the Jewish people to unify for the sake of nation and Torah and to support Agudas Israel. Finally, Agudas Israel can begin to deal with the crucial issues of the Jewish future, such as who should lead the community and its local institutions. The new Jewish communities being formed in the inner cities of Russia, Siberia, and Caucasia must have all their religious needs met and Agudas Israel must attend to this task. The Sabbath must be preserved as the Jewish day of rest for Jewish laborers and factory workers.
