Description:
An article and appeal by Yizhak Grunbaum, a Jewish representative in the Polish parliament about Jews  who have been refused Polish citizenship because they arrived in Poland after October 12, 1920. The Jewish community has covered the expenses of registering them for citizenship but cannot continue without help from abroad.
