Appeal for public support of a fund for halutzim (Zionist pioneers) in Grodno. The Land of Israel will not be won with rifle and cannon, but with hammer and sickle. The Latin proverb, "mens sano in corpere sano" (a healthy mind in a healthy body) is cited to make the point that without a peasant class, such as possessed by every other nation, the Jewish people cannot enjpy a healthy economic or cultural existence.
