Selichot (penitential prayers) and Kel Moleh Rahamim [memorial prayers] composed in memory of Rabbi Yehiel Mikhel of Nemirov, who died in 1648 during the events of Takh-ve-Tat (1648-49), also known as the Chmielnicki Massacres.  The prayers were to be said each year on the 20th of  the Hebrew month of Sivan.
