Kutno. Announcement of speaking engagement by Warsaw city councilman Noah Prylucki [in Yiddish], Shmuel Hirschhorn [in Polish], speaking on "The Folksgrupe and the City Council", 1/20/[1917]. The curfew imposed by the German military authorities was to have been lifted for those returning from the lectures until 12:00 AM; however, a handwritten note at U.R. indicates that the entire event was forbidden by the Germans at the last minute "due to Zionist denunciations."
