Excerpt from a notebook with music by Mordecai Gebirtig:  Bears statement in Polish from Julia Hoffman dated 11/25/57 indicating that she received notebook from Lola Gebirtig in 1942, following Mordecai Gebirtig’s death in June of 1942. One of Gebirtig's best-known songs, Undzer shtetl brent (Our Shtetl is Burning), composed by Gebirtig after the pogrom in Przytyk which took place in 1936.
