Letter from M. Gordon, director of Tarbut (Culture, a network Hebrew educational institutions), Warsaw, to the management of the Tarbut Teachers Seminary in Vilna, about confusion over funds which were to have to been sent from Warsaw but seem not to have reached Vilna. The tone of the telegram sent from Vilna is "unacceptable." By now, the money, sent via Mr. Kovarsky, should have been received. The delay was because of a delay in receipt of the funds from HIAS. Some travel expenses charged to Tarbut in Warsaw should have been paid by the local Tarbut council and in the future he won't approve them.
