Announcement of the establishment of (TSYSHO), the Central Yiddish School Organization, which will open new secular Jewish schools in Vilna and the surrounding area, and the opening of the People's University and the mounting of other secular activities by the Kultur-lige for Lithuania and Belarus "in these dark days of despair and uncertainty on the Jewish street." Supporters are urged to attend a mass meeting jointly called by both organizations for December 2, 1919 and to donate to both organizations. "Every penny will help build secular Jewish culture! Don't neglect your duty!"
