Mark Yuviler was born in 1904 in Warsaw, Poland. In 1922, he became an active member of the Bund and a teacher in the Yiddish secular schools in Warsaw. He later became the general secretary of the Central Leathermakers' Union and the Central Printers' Union. In 1926, he became the manager of the Yidisher Artistn Fareyn in Poland, a position which he held until 1932. During his tenure there, he functioned as a director, as well as a mediator between the Yidisher Artistn Fareyn in Poland and the Jewish Actors' Union in the United States. He immigrated to the United States in 1941 and died in Jerusalem, Israel in 1989.
